Not sure if it was on the radio or not, but I heard Honaloochie Boogie while enjoying an adult beverage in the Marine Room Tavern in Laguna Beach Friday afternoon.

Planet Rock, "the UK's Classic Rock Station", just announced that Joe Elliott will be joining their "presentation team"... more details to follow.

That should bode very well for a healthy dose of Hunterage being played on that station... streaming on-line to the masses all over the world.

Well The Boom Boom Room has been closed for a few years now anyways. I think it is still standing and they are trying to decide on it's fate. For those of you in the dark, Laguna Beach is a beautiful Southern California beach town that was in favor with the Hollywood elite back in the day. It is also a thriving art community and what else?.... Oh yes, it has a large collection of galleries and bars but it seems like I am still forgeting something.... Oh Well

Also home to the Brotherhood of Eternal Love during the late 60s and early 70s. Group of surfers and rich kids from Orange County, who smuggled hash and weed from Afghanistan in surf boards. They also produced and distributed large amounts of the legendary "Orange Sunshine" LSD, giving away free samples at concerts at Anaheim Stadium to build their customer base.

I'm sure that's what you were thinking of.

Not quite on the radio but watching Scrapheap Challenge on More4 and they've been challenged to make jet powered railway carts and as they're racing them they are playing Thunderbuck Ram.
