Joseph Brooks aka the songwriter who wrote You Light Up My Life. If I had to listen to that song I would have done the same thing. Went out in style though, found with a plastic dry cleaners bag over his head, a towel around his neck and a hose attached to a helium tank that wes hooked up to the bag

I read that Andy Dunckley recently died. He was a main dj on the "underground" scene at the time that MTH were considered the same and introduced them on loads of occasions. He was resident dj at Friars Aylesbury and The Roundhouse (when Jeff Dexter was not doing it). I am not sure but he might have made an appearance in the forthcoming Ballad Of MTH film.

Gil Scott-Heron's father played for Glasgow Celtic. In those less enlightened times he was known as the Black Arrow.

He was the "thing" in the original thing movie too. And he was great in "them", without a doubt the best movie ever made about giant mutant ants.
