Stones night ... Beggars Banquet Sticky Fingers Exile On Main Street
I like a lot of the new bands I hear, but in the end it usually comes back to the late 60s/early 70s when it's chillin time at Chateau McKenzie. Mick

Some ... Just not thrilled about other people defining what's cool and what's not (obviously a song in there ). My favourite 2011 song is get Back In Line (Motorhead) but cool ...? N/P Steve Harley - Stranger Comes To Town. The old guy can still churn out some great songs. Mick

I'm not familiar with most of those bands but I can say I love some of the artwork on the covers.

I was rocking out to the "sacreligious sounds of the super suckers" before dinner tonight. My first super suckers album.

Re: What are you listening to? PART 5
I'm a big Chuck Prophet fan (and this one even sounds a bit like Golden Age of Rock'n'Roll ), and of the other stuff there the Tom Morello and Baby Woodrose are OK, as is the Eddie Phillips (the man who played a guitar with a bow before Jimmy Page), but of the lot I'd plump for the Galileo 7 (although to be honest there are a number of better tracks on the album - which can be heard at http://thegalileo7.fourfour.com/discography). I'm not a great fan of people "telling" me what's cool, but on the odd occasions I've listened to Little Steven’s Underground Garage radio show, I've generally been very happy with the listening experince, which is a damn sight more than I can say for most other radio stations.
