Re: What are you listening to? PART 5 During the family Christmas festivities I was listening to 'A Very She & Him Christmas' by She & Him (Zooey Deschanel & M. Ward). It is very laid back and cruisy with a stripped down sound, and as Christmas albums go highly recommended.

Re: What are you listening to? PART 5 It isn't like you need Christmas songs with snow in them to set the mood. Jimmy Buffet will do just fine! Our Christmas music this year was a nearly 3 hour, 50 song extravaganza that was on continuous play when Christmas music was required. Rev Horton Heat, Brian Setzer, Twisted Sister, TSO and a couple cherry picked songs thrown on top. I have to say that the Twisted Sister Christmas disc when listened to as a stand alone is a little monotonous. However, it works excellent in a sampler on random play.

Re: What are you listening to? PART 5 I actually had to remove the Twisted Sister disc for same reason, it does not work with a full play through, every song sounds the same. Mix it up and every song on it stands out in the mix and sounds much better.
