Re: macfootball, for all post on the scottish game (part 2)
Win or loose on Sunday, Neil Lennon should leave Celtic, It's a great shame but the truth is that all that has/is happening to him is bound to have an adverse effect on the people around him at Celtic, and especially on his squad of players, Neil says he loves Celtic, and no one can question or doubt that, but he must go for the better of the football club. The bully (billy) boys will of course claim it as a victory, far from it, as Celtic will return all the stronger - and Neil will continue proving himself to be a great manager.

I can see where your coming from MIL, if he leaves fair enough I would understand. I hope he stays, he has done a brilliant job, every signing has been an improvement, the players love him and so do the supporters. Bigotry must never win, therfore Rangers supporters must never win.
I know not all Rangers fans are bigots but this is getting way out of hand.

I thought it was a Hearts follower who ran towards him the other night and assaulted him. What prove is there that the parcel-bomb senders have any involvement with Rangers ? You have made a loaded statement worthy of George Galloway, demonstrating your prejudice, which is completely without any foundation. It does seem the Celtic manager has the knack for upsetting numerous people.

MIL I also agree on all except the later Lemon couldn't manage a 2 piece jigsaw
CR stop blaming rangers supporters Lemon is universally hated for his arrogance loutishness inability to behave in a civilised maner and outspoken opinions not because he is a northern Irish catholic He does not deserve the treatment he is getting at the moment but these scum who are doing this are NOTHING to do with rangers.....we don't want any association with them or their kind
The worst sectarian Singing I have heard on both sides in a very long time was at tynecastle on Wednesday I hope a representative from FAIR was either at the game or saw the live coverage and reports both hearts and Celtic for their disgraceful and bigoted behaviour.......or is it just rangers they are picking on. The problem on both sides was of a far bigger scale than anything I have heard from rangers for the last 20 years

Thunderclap, A loaded statement worthy of George Galloway? What the feck are you smoking? So which team are these people connected with? Are you asking me to believe that people are sending bombs to Lennon and they have no allegiance with Rangers? Hearts should just call themselfs the Edinburgh Rangers we know who they support. And the worst singing you have heard in 20 years? Really, which song the other night was about killing people or praising the killing of people? Who has Neil Lennon upset, how did he upset them and what has he said? In a nutshell he wears his heart on a sleeve and Rangers fans don't like this, it upsets their "we are the people" mentality. So come on, what has he done to deserve this treatment? Lennon was quite prepared to sign and play for Rangers, it was rangers who got rid of him because he was a catholic. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to work out who the bigots are, but if your still struggling with that one then your beyond help.

And Kilmarnock didn't even try to pretend to make a match of it from the start - that is embarrassing for Scottish football

Re: macfootball, for all post on the scottish game (part 2)
The season ended a farce and there should be an investication into the corruption in our game, a total joke of a run in, not just the Kilmarnock game.
Motherwell also lay down to Celtic playing basically their reserves and keeping key players for next weeks final. Fair enough, but the players they put out were trying to injure Celtic players into missing the final.
The Celtic support were excellent yesterday with Celtic Park rocking, what an atomsphere. Lennon is building an excellent young side and he has a lot to be proud of, the passion is back. Rangers fans are also sending out text messages about Lennon being a bigot and they have evidence to back it up, total bollocks and just another attempt to disgrace the man. Sadly they are all believing it.
