When was the last time Liverpool won a cup without the final going into extra-time and penalties ?

Exciting I suppose,but not quite matching the drama and the fight-back of their European victory under Rafa.

I don't think Cardiff have spent as much so they could reach a final :mrgreen:

Anyway,didn't Stockport have a great win at the weekend ? :lol:

I'm not at all bitter. But you will notice I haven't been posting on here for a while, nor do I expect to have anything to discuss in the foreseeable future. Thinking of transferring my allegiance to Port Vale - using the same skill set that I used in transferring my pension to Equitable Life.

I probably wouldn't have bothered with the England match anyway, but feel that I must watch the Gary Speed Memorial Game. RIP Gary
