Post The Open 2013
I had a dream last night that I was caddy to Tom Caulfield at The Open and we won...

Now that is wierd - but I'm now putting a bet on an Aussie to win it this year...

It's 'The New Rock'nRoll'? If you're even remotely interested in golf read 'Four Iron In the Soul' by Lawrence Donegan who was the Guardian's golf correspondent and prior to that bass player in The Bluebells then Lloyd Cole and the Commotions.

Following the precedent of talking about Stockport County in the football thread?

Shouldn't be allowed.

At least the golfers touch the ball now and then, which is more than our players do.

is that because -

a) not interested in golf
b) don't like The Guardian
c) not interested in bass players (unless they are MTH associated)
d) don't like LC & Commotions
e) all the above

I don't check in to the sports thread very often on this message board (I'm not a big football fan, except for Aussie Rules) so imagine my surprise when I stumbled across the above. You're right Andrew, very weird   :) :) I'm reasonably good at most sports I try, but golf ain't one of them. Only playing a round every year or two probably doesn't help.
