Vincent Crane bizarrely joined Dexy's Midnight Runners. I saw him with them at the Dominion in London in 85.

I love the album titles,"george lassos the moon". It's from one of my favorite movies.

I feel bad for Vincent. Great musician, with the potential to be a giant with Atomic Rooster. That band went nowhere while so many mediocre bands in the same genre became famous. They must have picked up the Rick A. curse. Most bands I really get into are doomed to obscurity.

I still haven't seen It's a Wonderful Life! Shame on me!
Hoping to go see the band on Sun. down in Phila., with this weeks weather making workdays into snowdays into an altered work schedule for the Mon. holiday, not certain it'll happen but fingers crossed. How cool would it to be in a bar called Kung Fu Necktie for Chinese New Year to attend this one, ha ha?!

??

They were a UK band Brian - they even hit the charts with Devils Answer and Tomorrow Night. Maybe they stayed this side of the border - I know that I used to see them quite a lot at the turn of the seventies.
