Re: i fought the law and the law........ (Part 2)
so nothing has changed then i was reading about the old days when men only worked 14 weeks of the year, the rest of the year was spent with the family. men also worked for free in building castles etc, they also trained their kids to survive by hunting fish or whatever. how many men could work 14 weeks a year now, maybe politicians, but not the working class. there is a guy who seems to have the system at his mercy round here, he hasnt worked for 25 years and was in america last year for 6 weeks where he visited new york, gracelands etc. he claims every benefit going. i dont mind helping anyone who is struggling, but this pisses me off.

The Benefit System was meant to be a crutch for the needy.Unfortunately, the many "needy"claimants now use the crutch to beat the normal working person over the head

well the government have gone barking mad today, they are now going to introduce a dog insurance tax. now why do we need this tax all of a sudden? what will happen, will dogs know that if they bite someone they will be insured. how does someone actually tell the dog about this insurance.
the real fact of the matter is simple, when this is past into statute law it will mean the policy officers will be able to stop anyone and ask to see insurance (doggy style) if it is not produced then there will be a spot fine making more money for the police corporation. i heard a couple of years ago that they were going to chip dogs and they are now going to do this. there is also talk about chipping children, feck me, what next? tropical fish insurance.

Hello all,
I've got a better idea than mandatory dog insurance. I suggest the UK start allowing people to carry handguns, and also make it legal to shoot any dog that growls at you or takes a crap on your property.

Re: i fought the law and the law........ (Part 2)
shooting a dog for relieving itself is a bit much, i would rather take it up with the owner. it doesnt matter how well dogs are trained they can still turn, people have to remember no animal is a pet by nature, humans made them into pets for profit and gain.
last year at the bruce springsteen concert in glasgow, i was walking up to the stadium where i saw a policeman sitting on a horse looking like he owned the place. as i got close, the horse dropped what looked like 10 ton of shit (maybe it saw my face) i walked up and asked the officer if he was going to clean the mess up, he looked at me as if there was no difference between me and what the horse did and galloped off and left it for someone else to lift.
you could say i was "blinded by the shite".

It's all about incentives. If the owner knew the dog might get shot, the owner would be a lot more careful where he let his dog take a crap Justin .

well i found this interesting, im convinced councils are companies even though they dropped that status in the 1970s. i believe this was just another part of pulling the wool over our eyes as they were preparing for a full entry into the european union, which has now come to pass. i have written to many councils and they all deny they are companies, well..........
Council that scrapped free bike parking in fraud probe By Steve Farrell - General news 08 March 2010 14:32
A council that scrapped free motorcycle parking is at the centre of a fraud investigation into two of its senior officers.
It’s alleged they broke European Union law by handing a firm a parking contract worth £13 million a year without giving other companies a chance to bid for it.
A Met spokesman said: “We can confirm we are investigating an allegation of fraud that was made to us in February. Police are investigating it currently and we can’t discuss it further.
“It’s been assigned to officers and they are talking to people and gathering information.”
Contracts worth over £156,442 are required to be advertised in the EU’s official journal so interested companies can tender for them.
It’s alleged this process was bypassed when Westminster’s parking contract was given to the firm NSL.
Westminster scrapped free roadside motorcycle parking bays last August. The fraud investigation was launched after a complaint was lodged by campaigners opposing the new £1-a-day charge.
Warren Djangoly, Chairman of No to the Bike Parking Tax, said: "We investigated the implementation costs only to discover violations of EU procurement [rules].”
Westminster City Council refused to comment.
An NSL spokesman said the allegations were “nonsense”.
He said EU rules allowed contracts to be passed from one company to another subject to a clause in the contract. “The contract with Westminster does, of course, have such a clause,” he added.
two important things to notice on this report folks, i hope its obvious.

In the United States, corporations are often subject to laws that were originally written for people. Is this an admission that people are really corporations?
Or is it much scarier than I thought - are corporations really people, and will they start campaigning for the right to same-sex marriage?
That will be a huge problem for me, because I peeked and I can't tell whether my corporation is male or female.

Just to confuse things, a legal person in English law is an entity that has standing to sue or be sued in English Courts. These entities include natural persons, companies limited by shares, companies limited by guarantee, public limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and unincorporated associations.

Re: i fought the law and the law........ (Part 2)
well i have been trying to tell people for months that they are corporations, after all when did our parents give us the title mr/miss.mrs etc? they didnt, this is a government/bankers trick. when you get summoned to court your name will always be in capital letters as you will be entering into commerce, and capital letters is what is used by corporations.
example is the queen, she has a title and she can invest that name, she does it secretly and she has more than one title. no politician can use the name her family adopted during the first world war, (they changed it to windsor). if anyone calls her mrs windsor in the house of commons they will be thrown out. but how can that happen if its her name? easy, it is not her name and never has been, its just an illusion.
if anyone has seen the wizard of oz, and im taking it for granted everyone has, then you might believe this is a kids movie. it is not a kids movie even though it was sold as one, there are loads of warning signs in that movie if you take the time to work it out.
a good start is legal fictions........legal fiction is the mask that progress must wear to pass the faithful watchers of our ancient legal treasures.
