once again, the Scum have been handed a bye to the final of the Champions League, looks like Barca will just have to give them another thrashing in the final :D

"The Scum" Presume you mean Manchester United. The most successful club in modern history. I don't support them, far from it but i do recognise great achievement when I see it.

You are just typical of the low life that exists in this country today. Thick, ignorant and stupid beyond belief. No offence.

Not sure if that's a wind-up post or what, but seriously, are you for f#cking real?

You're talking about the club most implicated in the fracture of the football league as we knew it; the club that invented the "let's take the money and f#ck everyone else mentality" before they realised that some Russians and Arabs had more money than they did; the club that bent over backwards to screw grassroots football by shafting poorer clubs, nicking other teams' teenage players for peanuts and getting away with it because they could afford better lawyers; the club that played a major part in imposing a closed-shop system in Europe by arguing for the so-called champions league which is a self-perpetuating elite dishing out money to the rich, regardless of how well they do in their own leagues; the club that promoted a "let's all scream at the ref" ideology, cause we're rich enough to pay the fines (which unfortunately has led to chaos in non-league football, and a shortage of volunteer unpaid refs); the club which attracts mental dickheads to pubs all over the country - many of whom wouldn't know what the inside of a real football ground looks like.

I don't support them either, but I recognise scum when I see it and i recognise the damage done to our game. How is it right that premier league teams can be allowed to run up hundreds of millions of debt without being called to account, while teams like Chester and Halifax and zillions of other grassroots teams can go under for a few quid?

FC scum may be the darlings of sky/bbc/itv and yeah, they have a few trophies, but to paraphrase Mr Zimmerman, "all the cups that you won will never buy back your soul".

Yours faithfully,
Thick, ignorant, low life, stupid beyond belief Mick.

I thought this was funny.

Sad fact is all the other managers will be saying 'take out Rooney - try not to get caught doing it' success for them will be to see him red carded when he retaliates...

That's capitalism. It matters not that MU & Liverpool have squillions of pouinds of debt if they can service it. It will become a problem when they can't. Like Mick, I have no love of MU but I do admire their football style which I can't say about many teams other than Arsenal.

Also, History will show that it was Irish Reds in the Shipyards of Belfast that caused the sinking of the Titanic, Hitler was a red (Munchen Branch, they're everywhere these bastard Utd fans) hence his power trip to take over the world, The Busby Babes were a Paedophile ring, The Munich Air Crash was a conspiracy to gain more fans worldwide, Pol Pot saw himself as a Nobby Stiles type of Enforcer, Idi Amin had a soft spot for Frank O'Farrell and went on the rampage in Uganda when Busby was brought back to steady the ship, It was Utd's attempts to convince Maradonna to sign for them that started the Falklands war, It was a Yorkshire Red who set fire to the stand at Bradford (stays on here) as he found lower league football so bad and sneaked out for a fag, Heysel was Cockney reds pretending to be Chelsea fans and then double bluffing as Liverpool fans,Utd fans caused the Hillsborough Disaster as hundreds of them felt cheated that they were knocked out in the q/Finals by Forest and charged the gates in disgust, Miners Strike all Yorkshire/South Wales Reds at the helm, Saddam Hussein was a paid up memeber of the Baghdad branch of the Supporters Club, Sky was formed by Utd fan Rupert Murdoch with the sole intention of destroying teams to make life easier for Utd. Osama Bin Laden an Arsenal fan - don't believe everything you read!!!
