Buffin's new website: Buffin The Stix Slayer
Hello everybody, Buffin now has an official website: http://buffinthestixslayer.comI developed the website with Jean Smith, Dale's partner; and she and Peter Purnell have given it their blessings. It is now fully functional and online!! Verden saw a version of it last week, and he was very approving of it, too. I read in one of Dale's recent newspaper interviews that their friends don't come around as much, and he is feeling more isolated. I thought, that is a damn shame. There are so many people who think about him and care about his well-being and happiness. And he needs to know this. This website is a means by which friends and fans can get in touch with Dale, and vice versa, but in a way that won't be taxing for him and Jean. Buff has a blog where he can express himself. Jean will give updates on his health and well-being as she sees fit. There is also a news section, a photo gallery with a 'photo of the month' treat to look forward to, a guestbook to sign and links galore to the official MTH pages and fan sites, as well as Alzheimer's organizations. I am the designer/administrator of the site, and Jean and Dale provide the content. I think that after all Dale has done to 'keep the Mott flame alive' over the past 40 years, he is due for some thanks and recognition. The reunion last year meant so much to him, I think we should let him know how much it meant to us. I hope you enjoy the website, and be sure to say, "Hello!" Keep Hooplin', Constance

Thank you! I just checked the 'Fiends of Buffin' (his words), guestbook, and checked the comments. Sorry they weren't coming up before, they are available to view now! So many wonderful messages! Keep 'em coming, folks! Here is where you can share your thoughts, comments and memories with our favourite bucketeer!

Again, thank you so much, but I figured, it was long overdue, too!
