 Re: What are you watching
"How the Beatles rocked the Kremlin" Stumbled across this great documentary put together by the guy who filmed the Beatles in the Cavern club way back in the early 60's. Fascinating to see how much of an influence the Beatles had on the youth of Russia in spite of their music being banned. If the police found out you were listening to Beatles music they would take you to the station and shave your head!

 Re: What are you watching
I suspect the smooth craniumed one is joking. Just watched the last two Doctor Whos on catch-up. Still enjoyable enough, but some of the plotlines in recent episodes seem to get a bit far up their own arses with all the "how clever we can be at times" shit. Maybe my old-age induced attention deficit disorder needs a few daleks to blast the cobwebs away? Mick

 Re: What are you watching
Yeah I'm not convinced by the new Doctor who looks a bit too alien for me.

 Re: What are you watching
The story of India......first time I've seen part of this Michael Wood documentary. I really enjoy his documentaries and this one is no exception. Educational and entertaining, two qualities that are often lacking in a lot of documentaries.

The Last Man on Earth the 1964 versoin of Richard Matheson's I Am Legend. Although it doesn't show it's age well, I prefer this version to The Omega Man and even Will Smith's I Am Legend Much more faithfull to the book than any of the others
