Bob Brunning died a couple of days ago.

Bob was a founder member of Fleetwood Mac, leaving to join Savoy Brown for mor emoney and more regular gigs! After that he formed The Brunning Sunflower Blues Band from which listen to this clip which features his mate Peter Greeen.

Jimmy Saville died today, like or loathe his style, it can't be denied that he used his fame and fortune to help many charitable causes. Jimmy was a great self publicist who used his time and celebrity status to the benefit of so many people. While not a musician, he was the face and voice of popular music to a generation. (and one that our parents for some reason seem to find acceptable!) He was one of a kind, and as such will be sadly missed.
